Hill international provides program, project, and construction management services for clients in a range of sectors undertaking major construction projects across the world. our services include cost engineering and estimating, quality assurance, inspection, scheduling, risk management, and claims avoidance. job overview:as a regional talent acquisition analyst, you will be pivotal in supporting the recruitment process, leveraging data analytics to optimise talent acquisition strategies. you will collaborate with the talent acquisition team and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes. this role requires a keen analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide data-driven insights to enhance recruitment efforts.general description of role and responsibilities:evaluate and recommend improvements to streamline recruitment processes to capitalise on efficiencies and candidate experience.identify opportunities for continuous improvement in recruitment operations.project manage the implementation of automation tools and technologies to enhance workflow and reduce manual efforts.identify and champion areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance the overall recruitment process.analyse recruitment data, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate demographics.prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into recruitment metrics and trends.stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices, sharing insights with the team.collect and analyse quantitative and qualitative data to track project progress and outcomes.contribute to the identification of challenges and opportunitiescollaborate with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with organisational goals.skillsqualifications, experience, knowledge, and skills:5 to 10 years of experience as a business analystpreferably bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.certification in hr or related field (e.g., phr, shrm-cp) is a plus.experience with data visualization tools like power bifamiliarity with hr metrics and key performance indicators.strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.preferred experience with applicant tracking systems (ats) and hr software.excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.knowledge of recruitment marketing strategies.note: this job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role. it is not an exhaustive list of skills, efforts, duties, responsibilities, or working conditions associated with the position.
