Sales manager - saudi arabia, jeddah

As sales manager , you are responsible for developing and executing growth strategies and sales plan execution for the osmosystech technology, systems and equipment within saudi arabia and gcc countries. you will spearhead regional growth strategy by identifying growth opportunities, building new and existing business relationships, and developing sales goals. the sm delivers the sales objectives. you will:achieve osmosystech established annual sales plan (goals and profit margins).initially start as a sales engineer and build up a marketing and sales team over a year. build awareness and grow market share of osmosystech.identify, build, and maintain relationships and growth opportunities with targeted engineers, contractors, and with engineering to deliver products and projects.evaluate overall market potential for designated osmosystech products.participate in trade shows, buying group meetings, and industry events.present periodic reports to management.maintain complex spreadsheets, word documents, and main frame operating systems.skillsbachelors’ degree in engineering, or related field or experience in water desalination and treatment systemsminimum 5 years of successful experience in sales and/or marketing management with cross channel/business experience with a technical backgroundproven track record of professional leadership and excellencea working knowledge of the applicable water treatment industryability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issuesability to work and foster a harmonious working relationship with co-workers
