Qc supervisor mechanical & welding - saudi arabia, eastern province

The qc supervisor mechanical & welding is responsible for ensuring the quality and compliance of all mechanical and welding activities within the organization. this role requires a strong understanding of mechanical and welding processes, as well as the ability to lead a team and adhere to strict quality standards. the qc supervisor will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical and welding work to ensure it meets industry standards and regulatory requirements. they will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any quality issues or non-compliance incidents. the ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical and welding, with a strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulations. they should be detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.responsibilities:plan and coordinate mechanical and welding inspections and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.conduct quality control checks on mechanical and welding work to identify any defects, non-compliance issues, or areas for improvement.develop and implement quality control procedures and processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of mechanical and welding activities.provide guidance and support to the mechanical and welding teams to ensure they understand and adhere to quality standards and procedures.investigate and resolve any quality-related issues or non-compliance incidents, working closely with the relevant teams to implement corrective actions.maintain accurate and detailed records of all inspections, tests, and quality control activities.collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of mechanical and welding activities.stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to mechanical and welding quality control.provide training and development opportunities to the mechanical and welding teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.participate in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.preferred candidate:bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with cswiparamco approved and cbt passminimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical and welding, with a strong knowledge of industry best practices and regulations.proven experience in quality control and assurance, with a focus on mechanical and welding activities.strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines without compromising on quality.proficient in using quality control tools and software.up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to mechanical and welding quality control.professional certifications in quality control and assurance are preferred.skillsstrong knowledge of mechanical and welding processes and techniques.excellent understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to mechanical and welding quality control.proficient in using quality control tools and software.strong leadership and team management skills.effective communication and interpersonal skills.
