A leading retailer with stores across dubai is seeking an experienced sales supervisor to join our management team. in this role, you will oversee the day-to-day sales operations within an assigned store to drive growth and operational excellence.responsibilities:managing a team of sales associates and providing coaching to maximize individual and team performancemonitoring store metrics including sales, conversion, payroll costs, and inventory accuracyassisting the store manager with scheduling, hiring, and training new associatessupporting visual merchandising initiatives and maintaining product placement complianceresolving customer complaints and issues quickly and effectivelypartnering with the management team to identify and execute sales-driving initiativesrequirements:3+ years retail supervisory experiencestrong leadership, coaching, and team development skillsexcellent communication and customer service skillsdetail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesflexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidaysknowledge of retail systems and technology platformswe offer a competitive salary of 5,000 aed per month plus a monthly incentive when targets are met. this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing fashion retailer and launch your career in retail.skillssupervisory experience or senior sales associate for at least 3 years
