We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our rapidly growing startup, specializing in identifying quantitative trading opportunities across multiple asset classes. you will collaborate closely with the senior portfolio manager and key team members.responsibilities:develop and optimize innovative trading strategiesconsolidate and manage diverse vendor data setssystematically simulate and backtest new trading strategiesdesign visualization and analysis tools for backtest inputs and outputsimplement trading strategies with a focus on reliability and scalabilityintegrate strategies into trading systems in later stagesautomate tasks and processes to streamline operationsstay abreast of technology and trading advancements to continuously enhance systemsskillsbachelor's, master's, or phd degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related field2 to 5 years of relevant experienceprior exposure to financial trading or quantitative fields is beneficial but not mandatoryproficiency in c++, python, or other relevant programming languagesknowledge of recent machine learning models is advantageousstrong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detailentrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt and multitask effectivelycuriosity and a drive for professional growthself-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
