Responsibilities:- provide comprehensive administrative support to the ceo, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.- act as the primary point of contact between the ceo and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing communication appropriately.- prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the ceo.- coordinate and oversee special projects and events as assigned by the ceo, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.- conduct research and compile data as requested by the ceo to support decision-making processes.- maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.- manage and prioritize incoming requests and ensure timely responses.- assist with personal tasks and errands for the ceo as needed.location: dubai, uaesalary: 7000 aed per monthskillsrequirements:- bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred.- proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.- excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.- strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in english. knowledge of additional languages is a plus.- proficient in microsoft office suite (word, excel, powerpoint, outlook) and other relevant software.- high level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.- flexibility to work outside regular business hours and adapt to changing priorities.- willingness to relocate to dubai, uae, if not already based in the country.
