مطلوب العمل كفريق جماعي باصالة لمطعم ماكولات صحية بمدينة جدة:- الجنسية : غير محددة- ايام العمل : ٦ ايام- طبيعة الدوام : تفرغ تام* الوصف الوظيفي :.* تقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة تضمن رضا العملاء.* تلقي طلبات العملاء والتأكد من دقة الطلبات قبل تسليمها إلى طاقم المطبخ.* التواصل مع الطباخين ونقل تفاصيل الطلب بشكل دقيق لتنفيذها. * ⁠المناورة بالعمل بين ( الكاشير ، ويتر ، باريستا ).* توصيل الأطعمة والمشروبات إلى العملاء في وقت قياسي.* الرد على كافة الاستفسارات التي يسأل عنها العميل وتقديم التوصيات التي تناسبه.* توفير معلومات مفصلة حول قوائم الطعام والشراب التي يوفرها المطعم.* تحصيل الفاتورة بعد انتهاء العميل من تناول.* الاستجابة السريعة للعميل عند طلب أحد النوادل.* الالتزام بارتداء الزي الرسمي الخاص بالعمل.* تحضير الطاولات من خلال وضع المناديل والأواني والأكواب والملاعق وغيرها.* التحقق من نظافة الأطباق والملاعق والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل.skills- product knowledge: possesses a deep understanding of store products and services, allowing for upselling and cross-selling opportunities, contributing to increased sales revenue while assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions.- excellent verbal communication skills enabling clear and concise interactions with customers, colleagues, and supervisors, fostering a harmonious work environment and efficient collaboration.- proven adaptability showcased by swift acquisition of proficiency in new point-of-sale (pos) systems and technologies, contributing to seamless operational transitions.- proficient in communication, effectively engaging with customers, peers, and supervisors through articulate verbal interactions, cultivating a cohesive work ambiance and productive teamwork.- adept in customer service excellence, greeting customers with a friendly demeanor, handling queries with expertise, and effectively resolving issues, leading to enhanced customer happiness.- profound expertise in maintaining cash register precision, processing credit and debit transactions with unwavering accuracy, and ensuring register security.- well-honed communication skills, capable of engaging in clear and concise verbal interactions with customers, coworkers, and supervisors, nurturing a collaborative work environment and streamlined cooperation.
