Mandatory skills: minimum 5 years of experience as a dynamics erp hr technical consultant.experience implementing dynamics erp hr in at least 2 full-cycle projects.deep understanding of core hr modules like payroll, benefits, employee self-service, talent management, performance management, etc., specifically within the context of a banking environment.experience configuring and implementing dynamics erp hr for compliance with saudi arabian labor laws and regulations, including social insurance requirements and ministry of human resources and social development directives.experience integrating dynamics erp hr with other internal & external systems.expertise in specific hr processes relevant to banks.strong analytical and problem-solving skills. proven track record of successful implementations and satisfied clients ideally within the banking sector.excellent written and verbal communication skills in english and arabic.ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.excellent time management and organizational skills.experience in managing client communication and delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, including managing client expectations, foreseeing risks and reporting themwriting technical specifications.estimating the change requestsskillsdesired skills: experience in implementing devops and continuous integrationcertifications in ms dynamics erp hr.experience with hr analytics and reporting tools like power bi.
