Solar sales manager - saudi arabia, riyadh

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of (trends and sales skills) of the renewable energy industry and knowledge of the competitive bid process of epc contracts and negotiation techniques.main responsibilities:ensure the preparation of bids in compliance with bidding processsupport to the bidding tools and processes improvementsupport the sales manager in the definition of the guidelines of the bid preparation strategy1. regularly organize ksa market development and sales of solar products and solutions, and promote our products through various channels for the mena markets;2.providing product intelligence for existing clients and working alongside different consultants and stakeholders to allocate opportunities.3. develop new customers in the mena region, maintain customer relationships, regularly communicate with customers about market trends, understand customer needs and respond in a timely manner;4. analyzing regional utility and c&i tenders and working with product management team to develop and improve company’s products and solutions.5. have a good sense of teamwork, effectively coordinate with internal resources, lead the completion of solar solutions and introduce our solutions to customers in the early stage of the project, lead the contract negotiation and complete the sales of target products.6. conduct project tracking after signing the order, assist and coordinate with in-sales and after-sales teams to meet customers' demand, control project progress, and maintain after-sales relationship.7. complete the special work assigned by the headquarter, cooperate to promote the sales progress, and complete the sales target.8. complete other work arranged by superior leaders.skillsrequirements:1.      bachelor’s degree of electrical/mechanical/ renewable engineering, other engineering disciplines, or closely related field or above, with at least 3 years working experience in solar industry in mena region;2.      3 years of working experience preparing bids or delivering projects.3.        familiar with the ksa energy market and industry information, and have a certain understanding of energy technology;4.        excellent oral and written communication skills in arabic and english.5.        familiar with digital marketing tools 6.        be adapt to frequent business trips in the region.7.        have a pioneering spirit, be proactive and self-driven, have strong self-confidence, and have the ability to plan and manage.8.      ability to coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team on a daily basis 9.      a flexible and proactive approach to project delivery with good organizational skills 10.   strong written and verbal communication skills 11.   field experience considered an asset 12.   bilingualism an asset 13.   in-depth knowledge of local (mena & ksa) and national regulations related to solar energy projects
