We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a project manager with expertise in water resources engineering. this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage projects focused on water-related initiatives, contributing to sustainable development and environmental conservation efforts.responsibilities:lead the planning, execution, and completion of water resources engineering projects from initiation to closure.coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, and team members, to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and schedule constraints.conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and environmental impact assessments for water-related projects.develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with engineering teams and clients.manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency and productivity.monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or deviations from project plans.prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders and senior management.requirements:bachelor's degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or related field. master's degree preferred.proven experience (min. 5 years) in project management, with a focus on water resources engineering projects.in-depth knowledge of water resources management principles, hydrology, hydraulics, and environmental regulations.the candidate must be located there with a valid visa (if non-saudi).skillsstrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders.proficiency in project management software and tools.professional certifications (e.g., pmp, pe) are a plus.
