We are seeking a senior mechanical engineer to join our team and lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components. the successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with 5+ years of experience in the field.responsibilities:lead the design and development of mechanical systems and components, including concept development, detailed design, and prototyping.collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that mechanical designs meet project requirements and specifications.conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new mechanical designs.provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and other team members.lead and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.develop test plans and procedures to validate and troubleshoot mechanical systems.stay current on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.skillsrequirements:bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering.strong background in designing and developing mechanical systems and components.excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.proficiency in cad software, such as solidworks or autocad.experience with fea analysis and simulation software is a plus.excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
