We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior engineer with expertise in 7d facility management/geographic information systems (fm/gis) to join our team. the ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, specifically in the field of fm/gis, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.responsibilities:lead and manage the implementation and maintenance of 7d fm/gis systemsdevelop and maintain spatial databases and data modelsintegrate gis data with other systems and technologiesprovide technical expertise and support to project teams and stakeholderscollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement best practices for fm/gis integrationconduct research and analysis to identify trends and potential improvements in fm/gis technologystay current on industry best practices and emerging technologies in fm/gisskillsqualifications:bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, geography, or a related fieldminimum of 5 years of experience in 7d fm/gis systemsproficiency in gis software such as arcgis, qgis, or similarstrong understanding of database management and spatial analysisexcellent problem-solving and communication skillsability to work independently and as part of a teamproject management experience is a plus
