Minimum 3 years in icu or picu department with large hospitals preferably jci or qci accreditedminimum educational qualification: bachelor's in nursingpreferable: m.sc. in critical care nursingmust be certified in acls for icu & pals for picunurses with prior middle east/ uae experience preferred.languages- english must. arabic is an added advantagefollowing established protocols to keep all patients' health reports ready for accurate medical evaluation.strict adherence to established standards for augmenting patient safety, hygiene, and maintaining a clean workspace.deliver timely doses of relevant injections, medications, or drugs to patients with utmost care and accuracy.ensure the confidentiality of all records.keep constant track of patients' vitals for preparing accurate and timely health records.team up with designated staff members and assigned doctors to work on necessary treatment diligently.skillsprior experience working as a nurse with a recognized hospital or medical facility.minimum graduate-level degree holder in nursing from an accredited and esteemed educational institute.remarkable interpersonal skills with good command of effective communication for improving the services and patient experience.ability to multi task, assess, organize, and work under pressure.caring and compassionate nature.proficient in working with a diversified team to improve the service for patients.
