Responsibilities:safely operate a company vehicle to transport goods to designated locations.load and unload products from the delivery vehicle, ensuring proper handling and security of items.plan delivery routes to optimize efficiency and meet delivery schedules.verify and document the accuracy of orders before departure and upon delivery.provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers in a courteous and professional manner.handle customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues promptly.follow all traffic laws and safety regulations, including proper vehicle maintenance and reporting any issues to the supervisor.maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.report any delivery discrepancies or issues to the appropriate personnel.adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining confidentiality of customer information.assist with other warehouse or logistics tasks as needed.skillsqualifications:high school diploma or equivalent.valid driver's license and a clean driving record.proven experience as a delivery driver or a similar role is a plus.knowledge of local roads and routes in the area.strong customer service and communication skills.excellent time management and organizational abilities.ability to lift and carry heavy items, as needed.strong attention to detail.ability to work independently and as part of a team.dependable and punctual.
