We are a mirror manufacturing company, within the Hospitality Industry, currently seeking the right candidate to join our team as a Project Coordinator Assistant. The position is best suited for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail oriented and has excellent verbal and written skill-sets. A PCA ensures all projects are scheduled and/or maintained, according to timelines and tasks set by the appointed Project Manager (PM). The right candidate should have office assistant experience, be well-versed in Microsoft Outlook and have the natural ability to excel in a fast-paced environment. Although projects & tasks may vary (in direction) from day-to-day, the overall objective is the final endorsement of approvals, which are required to proceed with any given order. From point of approvals, the PCA will be required to maintain internal status reports, update clients with confirmed timelines and flag any delays or advise of potential issues.

This is an hourly rate position, beginning at $14 with growth potential.
