Polkadot Plumbers is a small plumbing company with an office in Charlbury and its services based in London. We currently have five full time plumbers, 3 bathroom fitting teams and around 1700 customers that need to be administrated. We are proud of the service and professionalism we provide and our hardworking team. We are a fast growing company looking to take on our first office hire and are excited about the direction in which Polkadot Plumbers is expanding. The candidate therefore would be taking on a role that encompassed all aspects of the day to day management of the business. The role could be a good fit for someone who is looking to grow alongside the business. The candidate must be happy to use their initiative and take on responsibility. They must be highly efficient and organised - diary management is key. They must have good interpersonal skills and be comfortable communicating with customers and engineers regularly on the phone. Applicants must be computer literate. The job will involve storing customer details and booking in jobs using the appropriate engineer management software. (Happy to provide training for this). Experience or a base knowledge of plumbing and heating and is not a prerequisite. Knowledge of social media and marketing tools is preferable. Applicants must be prepared to work in a fast paced environment and be able to deal with multiple issues at once. Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.
