JOB DESCRIPTION Engage with customers, internal Tahakom functions, and external vendors and act as a single point of contact regarding detailing and implementation of contractual agreements, such as timelines, deliverables, and budgets Consolidate input gathered through senior stakeholders into status updates to be presented to client top management and lead client Steering Committees updates Ensure consistent customer experience across all engagement stages Ensure engagement components are delivered on time, within scope and budget Assess financial/ legal implications of change requests Coordinate handover of operations and acceptance by client and operations teams Provide visibility of engagement delivery status to Tahakom's top management Report and escalate issues/ delays to management as needed Identify high-level project risks and define mitigation plans QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent is required Master's degree in Business or equivalent is preferred PMP is prefered
