Job brief:
We are looking for PMV Office Assistant who has proven experience working in Heavy Equipment/Machinery industries in Saudi Arabia.
• Significant experience and knowledge of PMV (Plant, Machinery and Vehicles).
• Outsourcing equipment with good market suppliers’ knowledge.
• Healthy interaction with clients to resolve any issues and create smooth business.
• Monitoring daily Business activities and verifying that it complies with the required specification.
• Mobilized the Equipment as per the client order.
• Coordinated with our site supervisors and collecting all equipment timesheet.
• Prepare the Equipment summary as per the received client approved timesheet & submit the invoice to clients.
• Posting of daily Equipment Allocation report.
• Prepare all Machineries Revenue report as per management require.
• Coordinate with equipment repairs and maintenance Team.
• Coordinate with our suppliers and collect quotations and issue purchase order.
• Collect suppliers’ invoices and submit to account department for payment.
• Maintain supplier’s Data records.
• Prepare the suppliers Estimation.
• Posting of daily timesheet.
