what is required for line cook:
• quick and adaptable learner and follow our recipe
• knowledge of food & safety guidelines
• cleaning & organizing
• comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with kitchen and food prep equipment
• efficient communication skills
• cross train and work in multiple kitchen stations, prep, fryer, salads, grill, building, expo.
• must be able to lift 50 lbs
• superb knife skills are plus but not required.
