qualifications:

estimating/construction knowledgepossess excellent written and oral skillsability to read plans, specifications, and related documents and analyze informationknowledge of plants, irrigation, and hardscapeassociate or bachelor degree in related field preferably a landscape architect.proficient in autocad

responsibilities:

gather scope of work, plan, specifications, and related documents to get a complete understanding of project.identifies material requirementsacquires proposals from subcontractors in required tradesresolves discrepanciestimely completion of estimatespresents prepared estimate by assembling and displaying numerical and descriptive informationprepare review and evaluation of cost estimates for ceo approvalmaintains cost datacontributes to team effortprepare quantity takeoffsattend client meetings and project walk-through, visit job sites, and keep a record of all verbal information disseminated by the client.present proposalsfollow-up once proposals are submitted and provide feedback to managementclose the sale on proposed work
