Work with agency partners and program managers to review strategic ideas and creative that span broadcast, digital, social, pop and brand moments that drive cultural top spin… ultimately ensuring both internal and agency integration while shepherding work through the creative process from brief to airdate.
• serve as advocate of brand tenants and representative for creative in a team of cross functional partners to execute merchandising, media and cultural topspin strategies.
• ensure internal and agency integration by leading/facilitating collaboration both at the start and throughout the campaign development process so that all parties feel confident in the path forward and empowered to extend the creative idea into their respective disciplines.
• challenge and partner with product marketing to ensure programs are positioned to deliver creative that meets brand standards.
• challenge and partner with creative agencies to deliver breakthrough creative and lead process of gaining strategic and creative alignment with senior stakeholders.
• primary brand experience contact for the internal agency and product marketing partners for all things relating to the successful flow of pop materials through the business including positioning, resource planning, solution exploration and implementation, process improvement/transformation, etc.
• seek out and lead new creative opportunities that ensure all mediums are being optimally leveraged as an outlet for meaningful moments for the brand (i.e. tv billboards, harmon corner, radio, etc.)
• plan and coordinate creative adaptations to support multi-cultural media plans, understanding cultural context and variations.
