high school diploma or general eduation degree (ged) one to three months related experience and/or training; or eqivalent combination of education and experience

the work performed should be perfomed with attention to quality and craftmanship as expected by star leasing company trainee will be expected to complete all c level sop's within required timeframe complete understanding of proper pm procedures and requirements: proper oil levels in hub caps, proper air pressure in tires, grease all fitings, proper adjustments on s-cam brakes, minor light repairs and replacements. must also demonstrate the ability to properly fill out star leasing company work orders an all other required paperwork demonstrate the ability to properly install plywood, roof bows, hub caps, tie backs, small body and roof patches, glad-hands, 7-way receptacles, air line repair and replacement etc.... must demonstrate mechanical and carpentry skills must have basic tools required to perform all of the above tasks
