looking for a service desk tech to join an expanding team to provide it support to our client's local offices. we want to hear from you if you are a driven individual who is most productive in an active and positive environment. if so, this might be the right position for you.

this position is onsite, providing desktop support in our client's office in the cleveland area. this may require periodic local travel to support employees across their three locations. need to be able to provide an exceptional customer service experience to fellow employees while resolving their l1 and l2 incidents desk side.

what you get to do every day:

- solve computer problems, and implement appropriate action/solutions

- provide desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

- maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

- administer support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

support end users with o365, onedrive and outlook issuesend user and device management in active directorytroubleshooting network connectivity and vpn related issues

desktop support or related experience.preferred to have an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in mis, or computer science. comptia or microsoft certs are preferred. 3+ years of desktop support experience with windows and apple/mac devices required. recent experience with active directory, o365 and/or sharepoint administration end user or device management preferred. must have strong verbal and written communications skills to create comprehensive it documentation. previous experience with a window/o365 migration is highly preferred.
