job summary

our services@home division is hiring in home caregivers to visit clients in their households and help them with everyday tasks. this caregiver position offers a high level of autonomy and flexibility surrounding your schedule and assigning seniors that you want to work with. we set you up for success by providing training, communication on assisted living needs, 24 hour on-call service, and growth opportunities. many of our caregivers move into cna and rn positions within good sam once they complete their education. if you re caring, personable, empathetic, dependable, and committed this position is perfect for you!

responsibilities
provide companionship and follow home health care plans established by supervisorassist clients with housekeeping, eating, transporting, personal care, medication reminders, and morekeep record of visits and report client changescomplete and document necessary in-service education and attend team conferences
qualifications

high school graduate or general equivalency diploma (ged) preferred, but not required.

must be 18 years of age or older.

when applicable, valid driver s license and access to an insured vehicle required.
