how you’ll make a difference:
we seek an energetic, problem solving, and organized individual to help our organizers raise funds for their causes! as a member of the proaction team, you’ll work directly with customers using our online fundraising platform to support causes they care about. we’re looking for an outstanding communicator with a customer service orientation who will share the enthusiasm our organizers have for their causes. you’ll interact with these organizers via email and phone, so you must be able to understand their needs, deliver a great experience, and focus on helping them run a successful fundraiser.

what you’ll do: 

this role involves reaching out to organizers to offer help and support, and responding to their inquiries. the advisor is also responsible for accurately reviewing campaigns, resolving problems, and offering creative solutions aimed at increasing the success of each organizer’s fundraiser.  using both custom ink and fundraising backend systems, proaction advisors will also be responsible for the accuracy of all campaign details from the products and design to the beneficiary information. because the individual in this role will be working with organizers on everything from artwork to shipping and delivery expectations, a clear understanding of our processes and guidelines is crucial.

we value input from our team, and proaction advisors are expected to give feedback to their leaders on ways to better serve organizers and improve efficiency.
