capgemini government solutions (cgs) llc is seeking highly motivated business development managers to join our team to support our growing federal business.

the successful candidate will have an opportunity to spearhead business development efforts focused on delivering innovative solutions for one of the following national security division markets: department of justice - department of state - homeland security.

job responsibilities

as a business development manager, you will report to the head of growth for capgemini government solutions and be responsible for:

opportunity maturity: execute existing account growth plans in coordination with market lead executives for agencies within assigned market. enhance account growth activities through client interactions, agency research, recommended partnering, and other opportunity capture and proposal actions.core business development: introduce client relationships, introduce capgemini capabilities to government leaders, participate in government industry days, participate in government / industry relations events. maintain a high level of purposeful driven activity to accelerate opportunity advancement.reporting requirements: reporting directly to the head of growth and coordinating with market lead executives, maintain a high level of customer facing, metric driven interactions which lead to opportunity enhancement.

required qualifications

u.s. citizenship is required.current dod, doj or dos security clearancebachelor's degree requiredthorough mission understanding of the department of state or department of justice, or homeland securityminimum of 7 years of experience in federal consultingproven track record delivering account growth in the federal marketexceptional written and oral presentation skillsself-motivated and entrepreneurial work ethic necessary to lead a rapidly growing businessdemonstrated knowledge in at the least two of the following service areas: saas; paas; data analytics; cyber security; customer experience; devops; clouddemonstrated knowledge with at least two of the following capgemini strategic software partners: salesforce, servicenow, pega, uipath, microsoft, aws
