in collaboration with clinical management and interdisciplinary staff members the nurse educator will assess the educational needs of clinical and non - clinical staff and participate in the development of curricula and conduct research to obtain most recent information about identified topics. the nurse educator will also deliver curricula to targeted groups including instruction in theory and provision of clinical experience and evaluate effectiveness of curricula through analyses of class participation, feedback and written tests. the nurse educator will participate in workshops designed for career advancement of nursing staff, instruct staff of all levels in orientation and other programs, supervise learning experiences of staff in programs, and act as a role model to nursing and health care staff by demonstrating and teaching professional behaviors.
