we are looking for highly motivated, customer service specialists who will enjoy interacting with our members and guests while working with a dedicated staff to help members achieve results! the qualified candidates will have a drive to succeed and have a genuine interest in health and fitness.
duties include:
maintain positive interactions with members on a daily basis. provide direction to members be ready to assist them with any questions or concerns, solve any problems that arise on the spot. assist all prospects with completing guest registration and ensure that they are being addressed in a timely fashion. consistently show an escalating level of service mentality. display a consistently positive attitude towards members, staff, job tasks and club philosophy. check in all guests and members quickly and professionally. maintain current knowledge of club programs and services.job requirements:
qualified applicants should have at least one year of experience providing outstanding customer service. mornings currently needed, however, hours will vary and may include evenings, weekends and holidays.
