Contract recruiter - united states, ivanhoe

coworx staffing services has an immediate opening for a contract recruiter. this position will support our client’s new hampshire operations in manchester and somersworth and will be working on filling predominantly manufacturing positions.

this is a temporary contract position to manage a temporary work force. this will be a 6 to 9 month assignment offering a competitive starting pay rate of $35.00 and up, dependent on experience. you will be splitting your time between job sites in manchester and somersworth and then the other day(s) can be remote.

responsibilities:

work closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database

experience recruiting / filling manufacturing roles strong communication and interpersonal skills must be able to travel between job sites in nh

hours:

8:00am – 5:00pm
