Progressive led lighting company is looking for a client services specialist/account manager to handle the following to take care of clients and customers throughout the order fulfillment process, establishing practices and systems to support our company's rapid growth, managing a variety of daily transactions from new orders, existing order changes, returns, and cancellations, and ensure that each individual transaction has closure. experience with netsuite is a plus!
this is a remote position.
this is a temp to hire position - so ultimately, they are looking for someone permanent after a short trial temp period (about 3 months).
pays $30/hr.
