responsibilities and qualifications:
• troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and operating difficulties and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
• repair equipment: you will repair and maintain all equipment back to its proper working condition in a timely fashion. you will make recommendations on production machinery improvements and determine parts and equipment needed to complete job.
• perform routine preventative maintenance, including greasing machinery and replacing worn out parts
• operate various production machinery and heavy equipment as needed
• maintain records in accordance with sops and protocols.
• strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• 2+ years experience performing maintenance on industrial and manufacturing machinery
• must be able to work outdoors each day for the entire length of the shift, in all weather conditions
• must have a high awareness for safety at all times
• the ability to communicate and interact with coworkers in a positive manner is a required skill• must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results
