requirements: 

experience: 5-7 years of talent acquisition / recruiting experience. cpg-food & beverage manufacturing or related industry experience is preferred. computer skills: proficiency with ats (adp workforce now preferred), and proficiency with the microsoft office suite (outlook, excel, word, powerpoint).languages: bilingual, english & spanish, strongly preferred.travel: some travel by car between multiple work locations may be required (within a few miles).

job description:

the recruiter will manage the full scope of lifecycle recruitment for the assigned verticals of operations (production, maintenance, sanitation, etc.) and supply chain (warehouse, transportation, etc.). this position is responsible for requisition creation/management (adp workforce now), job distribution, active and passive candidate sourcing, candidate review and screening, scheduling interviews, creating offer letters, and facilitating pre-employment screenings. additionally, this role is responsible for managing our production/manufacturing third-party vendors and the talent acquisition project of building community partnerships.
