providing service to members and potential members on online banking, procedures and regulatory requirements provide assistance on self service technology to troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries in a timely, friendly and accurate manner.  chat via email, phone and other forms of electronic communications to assist and troubleshoot services discuss cross-selling opportunities provide professional support 

qualifications:

strong communications skills have longevity in job history 1-3 years related experience in customer service or office clerical ability to work in a fast paced environment proficiency in ms office ability to be in office 1 day a month in warminster additional in office training as needed
