responsibilities:

performance of substantive testing procedures for compliance and partnership agreements coordinating with service providers for other regulatory reporting tasks works closely with external investment advisors and clients to identify and test areas of risk in private equity funds analyzing and performing ongoing monitoring of investments

qualifications:

bachelors degree in finance/accounting proficiency in accounting principals and financial reporting proficiency with ms office suite must be able to independently assess and resolve conflicts, requests and questions work directly with other client respresentatives throughout firm to ensure superior level of client services
