robert half is searching for a helpdesk agent capable to do the following;

- install network and computer system

- maintain, repair, and upgrade the operating system including hardware and software

- set up accounts and workstations

- troubleshoot issues and outages

- ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls

- responding to queries via chat, email, or phone

- providing technical assistance for questions and problems

- monitor the performance of existing computer systems and it infrastructures

•      office 365: 2 years (preferred)

•      vmware: 2 years (preferred)

•      linux: 3 years (preferred)

•      active directory: 3 years (preferred)
