my client is looking for a production supervisor that is going to oversee anywhere from 100-150 employees per shift. the production supervisors will oversee all inventory processes, including, packaging, machine parts, etc., ensuring efficiencies, elimination of waste and proper flow and rotation in all production areas.

lead problem solving and troubleshooting activities for processinglead the continuous process improvement initiatives. be alert to better, more cost effective and efficient ways of running the processing operationoversee and conduct audits/reviews of production facilities independently to ensure that efficiency, quality, safety, and productivity meet company and customer standards and expectations. maintain and manage product quality, meeting usda guidelines. ensure that machinery and employees are working effectively in supporting product and packaging qualityoversee production operations areas, including production plant and maintenance. work with leadership team on projects, activities and issues that address production methods and personnel to ensure strategic priorities are successfully addressed. ensure proper execution of all production sops"

profile
