An exciting new opportunity has become available with a fast growing sports academy center based in dubai. our client is urgently looking to recruit a sports academy center coordinator. the center specializes in martial arts training, offering adults and children courses. however, for this position, the person will be heavily involved in: managing training schedules of children liaising with parents of the children sending confirmation for the children's appointments coordinating with coaches for the training of the children attending to inquiries on social media accounts of the center creating content artwork and posting them on social media channels attending to phone inquiries processing daily/weekly/monthly membership fees of members and providing them receipts, when needed recording sale transactions every day and submitting the report to the management creating various initiatives to help attract more members to join the academy either through a partnership with multiple organizations, schools, and other institutions requirements to be considered for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria: a degree or diploma holder with minimum 2 years of general administration/customer service experience in the uae good experience in using excel have background in using canva or any other design tools have the interest in managing social media channels must be residing in the uae willing to work 5.5 days with one day off per week willing to work 9 hours per day with lunch break willing to work somewhere close to motor / dubai sports city (if living outside this area, you should be able to arrange your own transportation) ideally can start immediate or if not, can join in less a month have a strong passion for sports, preferably in martial arts (jujitsu/karate/taekwondo/kickboxing) to know more about this role please visit our website - or contact us on +9712
