dnv – energy systems group is seeking an outreach marketing support professional to join our phoenix, az team. at dnv, we strive to make a difference every single day. we're committed and passionate about sustainability and are expanding our team.our phoenix office helps arizona's businesses and multifamily communities understand their energy use and utilize more clean energy. the successful candidate for this position will be responsible for supporting our outreach and marketing team to educate and engage the market on the program, day-to-day operational tasks and assist the team with local in-person events. in addition, this role will support the development and delivery of public-facing marketing and training/event materials, email campaigns, trade ally activities and outreach campaigns. the ideal candidate will possess demonstrated excellence in customer service, outreach, communications, and time management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. this position is based in our leed-certified phoenix, az office (relocation allowance is available).

what you'll do

assist with execution and tracking of effective portfolio-wide outreach/marketing strategies, plans, campaigns and tactics to promote energy efficiency among targeted customer segments and help achieve client goals support local outreach/marketing team to achieve program goals, and outreach/marketing strategies and tactics assist with coordination of in-person, on-site outreach events to support market engagement and education support logistics for in-person, onsite conferences, events and presentations work with outreach team to ensure customer/contractor projects are tracked and reported properly and in a timely manner assist with invoicing for outreach/marketing purchases and maintaining inventory of marketing/outreach collateral and products provide project management support and regular reporting

position qualifications

what is required

bachelor's degree or associate's degree plus 3 years relevant work experience intermediate level in ms word, excel and powerpoint experience with adobe creative suite (photoshop, indesign) and writing stylebooks, including ap, a plus excellent communication (both verbal and written), customer service/phone, organization and time management skills are essential experience designing, writing/editing, developing, maintaining, and producing internal and external marketing materials such as e-newsletters, brochures, reports, and presentations a plus must be able to prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team proven interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build rapport with team members, customers, and contractors knowledge of utility and/or energy efficiency programs preferred proven experience planning and meeting multiple deadlines in fast-paced environment valid driver's license and reliable transportation required we conduct pre-employment drug and background screening**immigration-related benefits (for example, visa sponsorship) are not available for this position**
