1. resident civil engineer
• (15) years of experience in construction work.
• (10) years of experience in supervising port / berths projects.


2. civil engineers
• (10) years of experience in port construction.
• (05) years of experience in project supervision.


3. electromechanical engineer
• (10) years of experience in supervising port / berths projects.
• reviewing project’s electrical and mechanical works.


4. supervisor
• (10) years of experience as a technical supervisor and controller in the field of supervising port / berths projects.


5. surveyor (marine)
• (10) years of experience in the field of marine land surveying, with full proficiency in dealing and using land and marine surveying devices and programs.


6. scuba diver
• (10) years of experience in diving and photography for underwater works in similar projects.
