Intex facades have a fantastic opportunity for a autocad designer to join our well-established and growing team which specialise in rainscreen cladding and structural steel framing. this is a great opportunity to work at our brand-new office based in mansfield, alongside our friendly inhouse design team. the day-to-day: * liaise with and collate data from project architects and other relevant subcontractors to produce project drawings on autocad. * analyse project requirements and develop solutions for potential design issues. * produce cladding and fabrication details methodically and accurately, including (but not limited to) aluminium / stone / terracotta / hpl rainscreens, fascia's and copings. * present complete packages of design information for comment/approval of clients. * attend on site and online client design team meetings. your experience and qualifications: essential * capability in microsoft office software including word, excel, and outlook. * solid understanding and experience of autocad. * the ability to be able to manage your own workload, working both independently and collaboratively. * excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong client-facing skills. desirable: * experience in the rainscreen cladding field. * uk driving license * valid cscs health and safety the benefits of working for intex: * a competitive salary (salary negotiable depending on experience) * onsite parking * to work with a forward thinking and friendly team please note this is a full time (9am till 5pm), monday - friday role. if you would like to be considered for the role, please apply below
