Benjamin apartments & cityside homes is one of boston's leading full service real estate brokerages specializing in sales & apartment rentals. we are currently interviewing candidates for a rental manager position. the rental manager would be responsible for overseeing a team of 10+ real estate agents, daily rental transactions, market inventory, working with area landlords to help rent their properties, training and recruiting new agents to help continue to build a successful team. bach annually leases 500+ apartments per year, we have been in business since 2009 and have many great listings and landlord relationships through boston. benefits include a base pay, percentage of team revenue and the ability to complete your own transactions. the position is ideal for an outgoing individual who enjoys helping others succeed. requirements;
minimum 1 year full time real estate/ apartment rental experience in the boston market.
knowledge of local landlords and general leasing process
ability to train, recruit and oversee a team

active ma real estate license
live locally and able to commute into the office
