Telemarketing executive - united kingdom, bunbury

Working as a telemarketing executive, you will be joining a small and friendly team who look after their staff every bit as much as they look after their clients. your role will be researching and calling warm leads. (a warm lead is where a customer has expressed an interest in a product or service). unlike many call centres we do not use an automated dialler. there are guide targets to help you track your own progress. you will not be selling a product as most of our campaigns are about providing a service, a service which will help the customer reduce their fuel bills and their co2 emmissions, a key government project in the fight against climate change. you will be taught to: • analyse each lead before calling • book appointments with potential customers • build rapport with customers • ensure an excellent understanding of service provided. • hit targets. responsibility: handling inbound and outbound telephone calls making notes on each customers record understanding the process of grants (training provided) representing the company in a professional manner helping with digital mail photocopying scanning printing experience and skills required: • communications skill both written & verbal. • good customer service skills • desire to meet objectives/targets. • able to work well as part of a team. • confident liaising with colleagues at all levels beneficial to have: • previous tele sales/telemarketing is essential
