Wesser are recruiting for experienced, positive, and ethical team leaders to join our established live-in door to door fundraising teams across the uk. as a wesser team leader you will be provided with endless support, an industry leading salary, achievable bonus structure and numerous fantastic incentives to keep you motivated. you will be managing a team of 5-8 door to door fundraisers representing our charity partners st john ambulance or london’s air ambulance, both organisations renowned for their vital lifesaving services. pay and rewards: £23,000 starting salary (rising with length of service). industry leading bonus structure (first year ote £32,000) 5 day working week. regular team incentives and events. accommodation provided. team company car as this is a live-in role you will be required to relocate to one of our team locations where accommodation of a high standard is provided (including bills). desirable skills/qualifications: experience leading at least one fundraising team (door to door or street). history of delivering fundraising result at or above target. ability to train and support multiple team members. someone able to lead by example and uphold the wesser mission “ethical fundraising – outstanding service” apply now – all successful candidates will be contacted within 7 days.
