We are looking for a assistant pub manager who is enthusiastic, passionate and service minded to be part of our front of house team. as a assistant pub manager you will responsible for preparing and serving a variety of drinks to guests, ensuring they feel welcome, appreciated and well cared for. you should be a great team player with the ability of working efficiently and enthusiastically. the successful candidate for the role will have the following an outgoing personality. pleasant and polite manner. smart appearance. excellent time keeping. excellent customer service. responsibilities include but not limited to: - all aspects of bar work including serving food and drink to customers, cash handling replenishing stock cleanliness of bar and pub at end of shift customer service and greeting customers cashing up running of pub when management is on annual leave key holder opening close of the venue experience in a similar role and working in a busy pub environment is essential. training and elearning provided to right person. shifts will change on a weekly basis to accommodate business need but you would need to be available evenings and weekends. flexibility required.
