We are recruiting for full and part time day shifts positions now. all levels flexible hours good rates of pay as part of our team your role will be creating a unique italian welcoming environment full of warmth and friendliness to our customers visiting our gelateria. we are looking to hire an enthusiastic, customer service oriented individual who is confident to interact with people and takes great satisfaction from knowing your great service has made customers day better. we pride ourselves in sourcing only the best ingredients, producing authentic recipes and presenting a premium product offer to our customers, its therefore paramount that we deliver this with a premium service experience, that’s both high quality and genuine, enabling us to create loyal customers that will want to return time and time again. duties: making sure all customers leave with smile selling and preparing gelato, coffees, cakes, etc being able to take on duties to support your team having high standards of appearance, presentation and work having a knack for visual merchandising and critical eye for how things are displayed working effectively and efficiently with and without direction always being proactive being comfortable working evenings and weekends according to the operational needs ability to multitask follow both company and store policies and procedures
