We are delighted to be working closely with one of the leading not for profit providers in the uk. i'm looking to appoint a deputy manager for a fully compliant home local to norfolk. our client is looking for a deputy manager with previous care home experience. our client prides themselves on providing passionate and person-centred care, as a result they're searching for individuals who have a passion for providing high quality care which will in turn provide a happy & positive work place for all members of staff. the role: as the deputy manager, you will be working very closely with an experienced manager, you will also oversee the care and clinical team. part of the role will be to assess existing care plans & implement new and improved ones. key duties will include: - delivering hands on care, safe drug administration and accurate record keeping. - you will also develop individualised care plans ensuring the physical, emotional and social needs of our client's service users are met. - you will ensure service users receive care that promotes choice, dignity and respect. - you would also be involved in building close relationships with healthcare professionals in the local community. - most importantly, you will be given the time to get to know our client's residents, and their families, enabling you to deliver a truly personalised model of care. - overseeing the care & clinical teams - working very closely with an experienced and clinically trained home manager. requirements: - previous nursing or care home experience. - right to work in the uk. benefits of the deputy manager role: - market leading salary - gbp28,704k - excellent training & support, private healthcare and pension scheme. - working within a well-established and friendly team under a great home manager. if you are interested please apply. alternatively if you would like a confidential discussion please call craig ruck .
