Graduate/trainee recruitment consultant - sevenoaks - united kingdom, zharkent

We are looking for a trainee recruitment consultant for a niche professional services recruiter in sevenoaks, kent. salary is gbp20k to gbp23k base with an excellent and very competitive commission scheme. initially you will be trained as a resourcer (candidate consultant), you will be working alongside recruitment consultants in finding contractors for clients all over europe. there is then the chance to do business development and find your own clients and do a full recruitment consultant role. * responsibility for the identification and attraction of candidate profiles that match client specifications * day to day management of all candidate profiles in line with the searches * working across different search projects as necessary * writing job specifications and adverts * writing candidate summaries * telephone interviewing candidates * assisting senior team members with both market mapping and the research for senior-level search mandates. * formatting cv's * headhunting on linkedin * keeping in touch with prospective candidates when you are confident on the markets you will be given training on business development and will bring on clients for the agency. you will need- * to be very commercial, driven and professional * have worked in a professional service industry before, and have relevant office experience * to be confident at calling senior level candidates * to be happy spending a lot of time on the telephone * proven and demonstratable success at meeting and exceeding your targets if you have worked in sales * particular interest in candidates that speak french, dutch or german but not essential as all clients conduct business in english * you can be graduate level or have office based working exerience, drive and willingness to learn will be of most importance. working as a trainee consultant you will gain great exposure to various high profile roles. in return for working closely with senior team members on these roles you will receive extensive on the desk training. please note: higher success ltd (the company) is a recruitment agency advertising this role on behalf of a client. data provided by applying for this role will be used specifically for recruitment purposes only and in line with gdpr and data protection act (2018). to view the company's privacy notice and data subject rights policy please visit our website the company shall not disclose your data to a client or a third party without your express consent. please note that should you be unsuccessful your details shall be kept on file for the purposes of recruitment unless you request otherwise by contacting the company's data protection officer emma vata
