position summary
the it erp analyst/developer is responsible for developing and managing technology projects specifically related to the macola 10 and sap business one erp platforms and their cost, time and scope. responsibilities include system development, project planning, communication planning, process development, system training, system testing, milestone setting and implementation.
primary duties and responsibilities include the following:
minimum qualifications
create & manage project plans for implementation of macola 10/sbo erp suite of products
define project schedules, resources needed and monitor progress through implementationalign project objectives with company goals, and ensure project team is clear on objectivesdeliver and install technology solutions including edi integration and wms enhancementschampion project design, development tasks and business process creationlead process of issue identification and resolutionmanage risk tracking processmonitor and manage scope related to project schedules and costmanage all documentation, training and internal process certificationwork multiple projects simultaneouslyfoster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors/service providersdevelop, test, implement and support custom applications to support a variety of business and manufacturing initiatives.

seven or more years project management experience in i.t.itil or itsm certification, pmp certification and mcsa certification preferred.detail-orientedexcellent communications skillsbusiness & it strategy experiencecustomer-focused mindset and demonstrated interpersonal and organizational skills to
work effectively as a liaison between multiple teams including customers and
stakeholders.
knowledge of related software tools such as wms software, edi middleware, ecommerce, etc.understanding of pci compliance and iso/iec 27001deep technology understanding in ms sql database design and the ms sql bi stack
(ssis, ssrs, ssas) , development of stored procedures and database triggers and
knowledge of transact-sql
working knowledge of enterprise reporting tools including ms ssrs, power bi, crystal

proficient with general purpose programming languages including ms visual basic, ms
c++ or c# and asp.net
requirements
bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, data engineering or related field is strongly preferredproficient in microsoft office suiteexperience with erp software application and basics of various business modules including accounts receivables, accounts payables, inventory management, purchase orders, items, bills of material and production.
