**position working 20+ hours / week may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.**

marshfield clinic health system will expand its presence in the stevens point community with the construction of a more than 48,000 square foot hospital attached to its existing clinic at 4100 state highway 66. the hospital will break ground in december and is expected to open for patient care in spring 2022.

the registered nurse – hospital functions as a vital member of the healthcare team by demonstrating a customer/patient focus, effective communication, professionalism self-development, and teamwork. the individual utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate comprehensive care provided to selected patient populations and their families. the registered nurse-hospital is expected to demonstrate excellent clinical, problem-solving, interpersonal and leadership skills and make decisions consistent with hospital policies, department protocols/guidelines, and the wisconsin nurse practice act.

requires:

diploma or degree in nursing; bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred two years hospital nursing experience preferred current state of wisconsin registered nurse license or nurse compact license required basic life support (bls) awarded by the american heart association within three months of hire; at time of hire preferred
