job summary:

manually palletize product within the distribution center at the conveyor unload station. place finished items from production onto pallets for storage in prescribed configuration

job responsibilities:

sort individual cartons of product onto pallets for storageverify item number on each carton to accurately sort and stackstack cartons according to predetermined stack patterns and quantitiesuse computer to check stacking patterns as neededteam lift as required to handle large or heavy cartonspush finished pallets to back of conveyormaintain clean and orderly work areamaintain accuracy in all dutieswork effectively with other team membersparticipate in lean principles, “5s” and continuous improvement activities.perform all jobs within company safety guidelinesmaintain acceptable attendance recordmay perform other duties as an assembler depending on work load

job requirements:

must possess high school diploma or equivalent (completed)demonstrate good attention to detailprior use of wms and rf scanner preferredbasic computer skills.

physical requirements:

ability to lift up to 35lbs. overhead repeatedlyability to occasionally lift up to 75lbs.stand and/or walk continuously through shift
